Tweaking.com Support & Help / Stop registry backup

Hi, a long time ago I somehow created a scheduled registry backup. Your help text refers to it. However I see no way- no option to remove it and can find no scheduled task that looks like it was created by Tweaking.com's repair tool.

How do  I get control of this and remove it? Thanks!
