General Computer Support / Windows 8.1 apps don't work.
« on: April 10, 2015, 08:29:06 pm »
Most of my windows apps have a gray error next to them.  If I click on them, I'm told to check with the system admin.  I am the admin.

once upon a time I was on top of things but now I am playing the catch up game.   With all the free and paid for anti-malware/complete protection programs...it is difficult to choose.  Any advice or suggestions would be very much appreciated!

this issue turns out not to be an error but a warning...I was told that that there could be a hard drive problem and will contact the manufacturer for assistance

I apologize for not responding to to your emails promptly...I have had a medical issue come up this past week and I have not been keeping on top of things...I resolved the issue with your repair tool by uninstalling it and then reinstalling

THANKS
