What tools have you ran to try and remove it?
Hi Shane, how ironic is this,asI was reading your reply here there was an actual AdChoices floating ad running right below your very reply!
So,AdBlockPlus does as it says on the tin & it blocks AdChoices,it doesn't however eradicate the virus at all,I run SuperAntispyware daily & often,Microsoft Essentials Defender is always on in default protection status but that fails to spot AdChoices too.I run Spybot Search & Destroy daily too,Malwarebytes Anti malware,Malware Anti-Rootkit Beta v.1.07.0.1009.I've just done a total & complete Windows repair via Tweaking.comWindows Repair  v2.5.1 (Microsoft XP v5.1 32 bit)
And CIntrepair from http://www.rizonesoft.com/free-downloads/  :undecided:
& Still it remains in my system Shane!!

All of a sudden I can't open Internet Options, even after having just ran a complete repair on my system with the splendid Tweaking.com Windows Repair v2.5.1 (Microsoft Windows XP v5.1 32-bit) it still won't run at all so any fixes/ideas gratefully welcome, thanks.
