Sorry for the delay in responding.
I downloaded the latest verson of Windows repair and repaired every item on the list individually ... starting from the bottom.
Every repair was completed successfully ... so ... as I did not actually do anything special ... except follow suggestions, I have no idea what or why.

MS Windows 7 Home premium 64-bit SP1
Intel Core i3-3200 CPU @ 3.300GHz, 4.0GB Ram, Intel HD Graphics
I am running Windows Repair (latest version). I have not “repaired” steps 1-4, starting at “05 - Repair WMI”
The program “seems” to be stuck in 05 – Repair WMI. The program has been repairing this section for nearly 8 hrs and states “step 1 of 3 – repairing WMI..... Is this length of time to be expected?
Windows repair shows that both memory (approx 1GB) and CPU usage (approx 25%) are being employed in the repair.
Any suggestions ... with the exception suicide
would be appreciated.

I stopped it and all appears well, I will leave using Windows all in one ... for a while.

Shane,
Thank you for the peace of mind and 100% NO about Avast, it was definitely "permanently disabled".
Because Windows Repair calls a restart at the en of its cycle, it seems the easiest way to make sure that Avast does not influence the outcome of your program.
Once again, I really do appreciate both your program and the time taken by your good-self.

Please don't cringe
Last night I left Windows Repair, (AIO), repair running because it appeared to have hung-up on list item 3. When I got up this morning it was in the same position. Using Revo Un-installer I removed Windows Repair and I then deleted the Tweeking.com folder in programs directory. I then ran Ccleaner and its registry cleaner, downloaded and installed Windows Repair so that I was starting off fresh.
Windows Repair completed its cycle this time. When checking the logs, I was surprised to see not one log but 22 other logs. Although I am not sure if I understand the log properly it seemed to show that all was done and was well ... and yet, the other logs showed failures.
However, my concern is that the some of the other logs at state a failure. Some even show “access denied by Avast. I had suspended Avast till next computer restart.
So ... via msconfig/services and start-up, I deselected both Comodo and Avast, (previously having disconnected my computer from my modem) ... but, Avast being as persistent as it is remained fully functional. I , therefore, “disabled it permanently.
The resultant logs (via 7zip) are attached, however, I am wondering whether it is time for to re-install windows even though there is nothing obviously wrong with my computer, yes ... it has stalled every-so-often and not just on one site.

Great Thank you Shane.
However when the program shows the marron header, it did show 56, 86 6, 2, 1 as failures.
I will run it again at the end of the wek when I do a full clean.

I am sorry say that the results are worse.
After d/l and running the set-up, I deleted the old desktop icon and uses the new, only to see the the increased number of failures.
Then, for no reason, I changed the computers descriptive name and ran it again only to get a matching result. I am not to sure why I changed the name, but I did.
like always Avast was disabled "till restart", Comodo was still running as was Spybot. When I first noticed the increase in failures I disabled each, one at a time, Comodo and spybot but found that they did not affect the failure results.
I am still very impressed with the progrm and even more at the speed of response to my first post.
I have included the two logs for you ... just in case.

Good morning to you Sir, or if I may, Shane.
I have used Windows Repair (AIO) for a while now, my last run show quite a large number of “failure” centred on options 1 and 2. The ammount of failures show as ... 57, 86, and 2.
The log shows the following:
“Application Data> failed with: The system cannot find the path specified.”
I’m sure that I am doing, or have done something, wrong. I have included part of the log which shows the particular failures if that helps.
Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.
