An excellent tool--Advanced Tweaking Repair.  Maybe the second or third time I've had to use it.  For the record:  In an attempt to connect to a PPTP VPN, I continued receiving a "device missing" error.  Google search indicated error in drivers.  No question marks in Device Manager--actually considering a fresh install after repair install failed because of space issues.  Figured it was time for Windows Repair Tool.  It worked.  Quite amazing.  Thanks!

Wonderful!

Wanted to use Windows Update Checker today but received the ubiquitous Error 80070005.

Worked through all of the suggestions and .bat file fixes online--nothing. 

Assumed it was a permissions issue as mentioned in the fixes online, so I wanted to default registry permissions--just fix the computer please desperation. (Note=Had been infected and had to use Rogue Killer not long ago.)

That's when I DuckDuckGo'd and found the Windows AIO  Repair. No regrets! 

Magnificent piece of work that fixed the problem and perhaps many more. While the program was running, I could only think, "Unbelievable--a true synthesis of art and technology--Beautiful to watch the program run."
