Hey,
Registering system files on Windows XP x64 seems to break opening .msc files. I'll have to manually tell Windows to use Microsoft Management Console to open, say, services.msc. I've tried it a couple of times on fresh installations and Tweaking.com Windows Repair (All In One) seems to break that functionality every time. Not a huge problem for the user to fix, but I thought I'd let you know. Even though this OS is marginally used.
