Title: HP CUE Status has encountered a problem and needs to close.

When restarting my computer, I have to keep canceling Windows Installer, then DoumentViewer prompts. I have downloaded DocumentViewer.msi again, but I still get this message.

I have a similar thing happen every time I open my HP Solution Center to scan, although the Installer keeps trying to open PhotoGallery, which I also reinstalled.

In both cases, I just have to keep clicking the cancel prompt until I'm able to get to where I want to be.

The problems all seemed to go away previously when reinstalling the printer software after running your total scan, but have come back.

Any other suggestions?

Make sure to post in the right section :-) I moved this thread for you.

The Windows install can be a pain, use this tool, find the one give  you trouble and remove it (Dont remove any others)

That tool is how I fix the Windows installer being a pain in the butt lol
