I used the tweaking windows repair at the safe mode and let it run automatically, and wait the progress bar to run almost to the end, the program told me had to restart the pc, while the pc finished the restart progress, after the bios screen and i got the black screen with the mouse cursor, i already tried several solution but I can't solve it, i press the Ctrl alt del and got no response, i tried almost all fast key still no response, i tried to get in to the safe mode and finally even i use the window installation usb tried to recovery the window, but it not work for me, and the problem still here, does anyone had some solution for me?

Which version of Windows are you using and which version of the repair program did you use ?
Were you able to change the boot order to boot from the install USB ?
