Title: Mozilla Black Screen of death - "please help them fix it"

Often, Mozilla Firefox just turns into a black screen/page

please help them fix it

No, No other browser has the issue to date. and dont ask to restore anything either.

Disable hardware acceleration. 

"Tools" > "Options" > "Advanced" > "General" > Uncheck "Use hardware acceleration when available" > "OK".
