Hi I upgraded to pro, received an email with my registration ID and my Key ID:, I typed these in to the fields requested, and restarted the program as reqested, but when restarting got the message" Houston we have a problem-we are unable to verify your Key", I have tried many times, I wrote to Mycommerce, who asked me to do what I have done, or to contact you, the Vendor direct, what can I do to get registered?

I'll email Shane with your query but as I'm 8 hours ahead of him, it may be a while before there is a response which will probably be in the form of an email to you.

Was there any particular reason why you need to run the program ?

I have used the free version for a few years, and thought I wanted to upgrade to pro, in order to support the developer, and get the extra facilities such as auto update, and since I have paid, I like to have it activated, but as I said, it cant verify my key? :thinking:

After some research you ordered the Technician Tool Box, not the repair program. I just emailed you on the topic.
