Title: Tweaking.com Windows Repair - Hangs on Startup Check

Running on Windows 10 computer. v3.9.24. After installation, I get the a dialog box "Please wait. Checking that all needed files..."  I think there is a progress bar but nothing progresses. Any ideas how to get it started? Just purchased tonight because I think my winsock configuration is messed up. I do not have networking available on the machine where I am running the program.

Right click on the Start button and select Command Prompt (Admin) and enter these cmds -

netsh winsock reset

netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt

shutdown /r /t 00

and then see if you have connectivity after the reboot and if the program then loads correctly.

are you running the program in safe mode with networking?
