Title: Errors in Setting Permissions and Owners

I have been having trouble with file access being denied so I ran tweaking Windows Repair to reset registry, file, and service permissions. I did first do a chkdsk, SFC check, and ran repairs twice using safe mode both times. But I got a number of errors in the Windows Repair error logs (attached). Are these safe to ignore, or do they mean that important permissions were not properly reset? I'm on Win 10 Pro, x64, and am using an administrator account. Thanks for the help.

Edit: I didn't make it clear, but the repairs I ran did not solve the access problems.

I've passed this one onto Shane but I don't know when he'll be able to respond because of his computer repair business commitments.
