Title: Error - Built-in administration rights
Post by: marko1887 on October 18, 2016, 12:10:08 pm
I hope someone can help

I am running Windows 10 home edition which was an upgrade and the latest version of Tweaking.com repair tool

When I boot into Safe Mode, I receive the message 'Get started can't be opened using the Built-in administrator account. Sign in with a different account and try again.

I have set up a new additional account and I receive the same message.  I have unlocked the 'hidden administrator' account and still the same

I have set my UAC to the third setting from the bottom.

I have watched a view videos on YouTube and added the 'FilterAdministratorToken' to the registry restarted etc. Set the UIPI Default to 0x00000001(1)

Please can someone offer any suggestions.  Thanks

Not all apps work in Safe Mode - I get that error and is nothing to worry about.
