I used the tool Tweaking
Now all 22 partitions get an error:

sfc /scannow - no problems found

Errors found. CHKDSK can not continue in read-only mode.
Restart System
CHKDSK /F ALL DISK: NOT FOUND ERROR !!!
CHKDSK /R /F ALL DISK:NOT FOUND ERROR !!!
NOTE !! It should function in read-only mode without /F
but now it DOES NOT WORK !!! on all drives !!!
can not unmount any partition
DID NOT WORK

Windows 7 or 2008 R2 Bug!
This issue occurs because of a Divide By Zero exception in the Chkdsk command.
1)The main reason why this error message would come up while doing or running CHKDSK command is because of a DIVIDE BY ZERO exception in the CHKDSK command!
2)To resolve this error message, Microsoft had developed an HOTFIX
3)Download and run the hotfix into your windows 7 ultimate system.
4)Link for downloading the hotfix is below:

So just what is the state of your system ?
With you having three threads on the go, it's difficult to tell.
