Title: svchost.EXE 25%CPU PDEngine.EXE 22%CPU

svchost.exe - 25% CPU (all the time)

PDEngine.exe - runs in the background and shows an average of 2-22% CPU (variably at about 1 second). It is a nuisance because they hear all the time recording in the background, the hard disk.

Hmm check bits maybe it's running in the background

It's PerfectDisk, your disk defragmenter.
Just disable it on startup and run the program manually when you feel it's necessary.
