Windows Repair v.3.8.1 OR v.3.8.2 - Reset File Permissions - not work!

Repair, restart the PC.
 Still no permission to drive Z:

ERROR:

Access denied to Z:
To make a copy to Z:
You need to give administrator privileges.

[Continue] [Skip] [Cancel] What do I do not have every time confirm [Continue] !?!

Is that a network drive or local?
