How to open this file? $Extend\$UsnJrnl:$J:$DATA (Size: 11,1 GB)

Hi, It is a system file and you need not open . It contains windows system file, usn journal. Do you want still more information. More information is here

How the system file contains the dimensions H x W JPG?

$MFT - Name, Size, Directory Path, Extension, Items, Files,  Date etc.
(?) - Dimension (without EXIF or without metadata !)

Note: JPEG (Exif)
JPG (No Exif, no metadata)
