Title: Windows Error 1314, A required privilege is not held by client

My Asus Laptop R503A with windows 8.1 does not let me run or even update any programs when I download them.  See Attached File.
I have all administrator privileges. This is my home computer.  I restored it to a month prior, and still get the same error.  I have downloaded reg  fix files and other upgrade programs and I can not open them.  I get the same error.  What Can I Do!

Have you allowed Advanced System Care to clean the registry ?

If you have, then that could be the cause of your problem.

However, this program used to have an Undo option where you can revert the registry cleanouts it has done and I suggest you start there.

If you are unable to start that program either, then you could be looking at least a Refresh as I'm not sure if you would be able to run the Windows Repair program without admin privileges - although you may be able to create a new admin account.
