Hi, Rick, why it is downloadable in that page itself. I did not try, but gone to the link you provided. Moreover there is limitation to upload limit in this forum.

I want to get the file; its not so big it can not be uploaded here

I am working with a program that requires that file! mine is corrupt...
that file, hopefully is clean

are you serious Rick ? that It seems to be a fraudulent site lol ! have you a windows disk and go to make an upgraded to got your dll file fixed ....
