a big problem may be ? I just read this Article http://www.infoworld.com/article/2926179/microsoft-windows/microsoft-confirms-patch-kb-3022345-breaks-sfc-scannow.html and Immediately I go to check for installed windows updates and haven't find this KB 3022345 on my system ? any idea ? There is also a strange updated!(KB958488) I do not know where it came from!?

hmm seems that update messed up somewhere lol try uninstalling and reinstalling it manually.
here is the link for the update its a legit update just looks like it got corrupted maybe.
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/958488?wa=wsignin1.0

KB3022345 was pulled because of that and was replaced with KB3068708 which caused similar problems for some.
They were both MS spies for the pending Win 10 upgrade.
KB9598488 is one of the dreaded .NET Framework updates.
I'd uninstall that before you try to reinstall it, but first download and leave running https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30135 while you try the direct KB download.

This is a possibility  and for now I don’t want to install this update Because the Windows updates still display a NET Framework update even with no NET Framework is installed on my system ! lol :cheesy:

You do have .NET Framework installed on your computer.
v3.5.1 is part of the OS which you can see when you go into Programs & Features/Turn Windows features on or off, but the failure of the update tool to do anything with the update fails could have something to do with that corrupt mscorlib.tlb in your CBS log..

Given what else is wrong with the system, I think I've already answered that in your other thread.
