Title: Windows service pack downloads

Shane. I need to know where I can find clean sp2 and sp3 for xp. microsoft.com no longer has available as far as I can tell

You just have to grab the network install of the service packs, such as SP3 here

They are the full service packs, like 300 mb or so that are meant to be installed without needing to be online. They almost never remove things like that.
