How do I repair these errors
-
Looks like you uninstalled java and that folder was moved to the recycle bin, so just empty your recycle bin and you should be fine :-)

I had emptied the recycle bin prior to running the test. I ran all the repairs, re-checked the recycle bin (empty) and ran the the pre repair scan with the same results.
I searched the registry for any relevant entries and did not find any. Everything seems to be running okay now. I'll try the scan again at a later date.

Sounds like the recycle bin isnt emptying out like it is suppose to. You can try manually deleting C:\$Recycle.Bin and see if that removes it.
