which version you have download ?  If you have to download the portable version of the program then you need to a program to decode the compressed files.

The program looks to make sure all the files are there, that way if a person was trying to run it from the zip file without extracting it, or if something was removing the files it would see that and let the user know.

Did you download the setup or the portable version?

Hi,
I downloaded  Portable version 2.11.2. I decoded it with 7-Zip.
Note:Since I have many of the old versions in a folder, I installed v 1.9.18 (setup version),and it seems to have worked correctly ! So why am I not having success with the last 2 or 3 portable versions ? Thanks
JJ

Are you making sure to extract all the files from the zip into a folder and running the program from there, or are you just double clicking and running the file from inside 7-zip?
