I had this weird issue after an Windows 8.1 install, the Windows store and my settings would just flicker and not open. Also I had a cursor thing that caused me to open links, etc without wanting to. I had tried so many things, downloaded this, followed these directions...nothing worked! I had used tweaking.com for something awhile back and it seemed to do a good job so, as a last ditch effort, I pulled it up and worked through all of the steps and OMG it works! I was seriously on the verge of putting myself through the hassle of re-installing, and no one wants to do that...

Did you use the latest version ?

Actually, I used the previous version but have since downloaded the newer one. I may run it again this weekend as I have a new issue where my cursor is super sensitive and opens things just when it passes over them and in Chrome and Word my arrow keys are sluggish and skip areas. See if the new version can fix me up on this too...
But awesome product, I have already recommended it to a number of people :)

Even people from Microsoft are recommending the program !!!!!
