Every time I run your Windows Repair v2.9.1 step 3 I am told that errors are found on the disk. I diligently run check and reboot. After the check is complete I recheck to see if the check needs to be fun and am again told there are errors on disk. What is going on?

That is a common problem in Windows with the chkdsk. When chkdsk is ran in read only mode then other files on the system could still be written to, so if you didnt do a clean boot and have a lot of programs running in the back ground then chkdsk might report errors if it is checking a file that is currently being written to.
So if you did a chkdsk at boot and it comes back clean then you can count on that one and not keep running chkdsk
