Step 1: Click and select "Task Scheduler Library"
Step 2: Right click or select a task and then click "Disable"
Do this for every task in the list.
This may be a stupid question but do I have to go through and enable all of them again when I'm done?
Thank you.

When you are done inside the clean boot and you are going to restart the computer again, then you can enable them all again.
Yes you have to enable them all again, otherwise they will never start.
But you can enable and disable all the files in the task scheduler in a faster way, by selecting them all at once and then choose disable / enable, like in my picture.
This is if you have windows Vista, 7, 8 & 8.1

Correct, you have to do the same thing to enable them again after you are done. MS gives no easy way to do that. I really need to see if I can make a program to automate this for users :-)
