After executing "Download Windows Repair (all in one)" I'm unable to start Firefox even after uninstall and reinstall with last version...
Calling Firefox always results in a Firefox "Crash message":

As reinstall doesn't help me, I don't know what I have to do.
Can somebody help me?

If you have anti-virus software installed on your system then then temporarily disable it!Or uninstall it!And run Firefox.

Hello...
To jraju: I can't reset Firefox using the link given because I should first be able to call Firefox and I cannot do it. I immediately receive the crash message as described in previous post.
I uninstalled firefox and reinstall the last version 25.0 but that doesn't solve my problem...;
To Shane: I downloaded your utility and ran it. It ran for a while but terminated normally. Thereafter, impossible to start Firefox. (I use now IE to post on your site)
Thanks

Odd, I have never had any problems with firefox and my program, in fact I use firefox on all my machines.
When you uninstalled firefox it doesnt remove your profile. I did have a problem in firefox once a while back where something was corrupt in my profile casing the problem. So to find out if that is what is happening with yours we just need to rename the firefox profile and have it make a new one.
What version of Windows are you on?
So on my WIndows 7 the profile is located at
C:\Users\(Your Username Here)\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles
And in the folder is your profile, simply rename it and then open firefox again.
Lets see how that goes :-)

Okay, Shane
My computer is in Windows 7.
Your solution was the good and easiest one...
Nevertheless, I don't understand what occurred but all is ok now (I used Firefox for this answer)
Many thanks

I am not sure either, none of the repairs touch the firefox profile directory.
It is possible it was just bad timing and an add on or something in firefox that was stored in the local profile was causing the problem.
Also in your old profile folder you can copy over your book marks and such as well :-)
