Title: MSI (Windows Installer) Running for hours

Hi Shane,

I downloaded Repair for Windows Installer v1.9.13.  It has been running about 5 hours now.  should I stop it or is this normal?

No. That repair should take only a few seconds.

I am curious. Run the repair again, open Task Manager and see what happens to CPU usage while this repair runs (fails to finish). Did CPU usage go throught "through the roof" ?

After that unzip the file in the attachment, run the file with admin rights and report back whether it helped or not. It should repair MSI.

The MSI repair is very fast.

Can you post a screen shot of what you are seeing?
