Paid a tech to fix my pc and he used this program to fix BSOD , Not happy hence the subject title .

A lot of techs use my tools. I am a tech myself :-)

Was my tool the only thing he ran or just one of many tools?

I myself have a toolbox full of tools and programs I use to fix computers :-)

Just out of curiosity, what "tool" was it that you used to repair the BSOD?
