How to change Time Schedule backup

Hi

Can some one explain to me how to Schedule a backup. And how often should you do a Back up the registry. I'm putting my back ups on my external hardrive. I was thinking about doing one a week. But i do not no how to change it. When my computer comes on it automatic does a back up. I don't want that.

It's on Windows 8.

In the settings tab in the program you can have it create a default startup for you. Then just go to the Windows Task scheduler and change it any way you need :wink:

Ok all is done. Now i just click on it and do a backup.
