I have a strange problem is the first of its kind so far, so I do not know what happens to external disks that since yesterday does not work!
I tried several methods, but did not succeed and run check disk also this did not work and remove the last installed programs but did not work either, so I can not figure out what's going on there???!

I have important files on the external disk and I do not want to lose any of those files, so help me out quickly!

Did you try hooking the external drive into a different computer?

Hook it up to a different machine and see how it works. This will at least tell us if there is a problem with your drive or with the system

I tried what you suggested, but does not work on another computer wondering what happened to the hard drive!!

Every single hard drive will fail someday. Looks like yours simply did. This is why I always keep at least 2 or more external drives for backup.

When the drive goes it is a hardware problem, nothing software can do when the hardware wont respond.

If I was given my hard drive to someone who can handle and can fix my external disk?Does this mean he can fix it?If not. Can I open external drive myself?And What does that require?

If the drive inside the case is bad there isnt anything you can do bud.

It seems that my external disk works but the problem is that my external disk give me sound like Tak Tak and I've hit my external disk And then had worked for a while and took some files from it, but after several other strikes' my external disk has stopped and looked like there is something stuck there inside!

That is called the click of death. The chip on the drive that controls the arm is going out and what you here is it hitting inside the drive.

But this happened before because my external disk has fallen from my hands to the ground immediately!
After trying to run the external disk many times it seems that those attempts failed and then was forced to hit the hard drive to force this thing to work! But I do not know what to do right now!

It could always be the chip board inside the case that the drive plugs into. You would have to remove the drive from the case and put it in your system to test that.

Otherwise, again, this is a hardware problem not software ware. Even when it works for a min then stops the hardware is still bad

Thanks for feedback that's exactly what I did previously but my system keeps give me this error message above
Any idea about this problem?

Sounds like it is the chip board in the HD it self that is going out.

Here is what an inside of a HD looks like. All your data is on those platters, the arm you see on them is controlled by a chip board. The click of death is when that board or arm fails. You data is there but you will never get to it.

There are data recovery places that charge $1,000's to get your data. They open the drive in a dust proof room and put in a new are and chip and try to get the data. No easy task.

Thank you for more information, but everything we have is expensive!And I wonder if I can buy external drives on the Internet and other computer accessories and whether the prices of these things on the Internet are cheaper than those things that we have in our markets? lol
