Running Windows Repair After Installation

I am running windows 11 but each time I install tweaking.com repair windows after version 4.9.0 I get this error when I try to run it.

You are running an old version of Windows Repair. The current version is 4.14.1 and is available at BleepingComputer.com. Please update your software and see if the error persists.

I did, as I said every time I try install a version higher than 4.9.0 including 4.14.1 I get the same error when I start the program. I can't find any information on the error code. Version 4.9.0 is the only version that will work without the error.
