Technicians Toolbox Pro Key will not stick - keeps returning to free version.
Although i solved it, I will give my steps, for future readers having the same problem.
My Technicians Toolbox Pro license name and key came back with three different possibilities:
MY NAME IN ALL CAPS
My First and Last names, normal first letter caps and remaining lower case letter
Email address, in this case - [my username]@gmail.com
Tried the name in all caps several times and provided key, no go.
Tried the name as normally typed and provided key, no go.
Finally tried the email address and provided key - worked! As far as I can tell.
So, if you are having trouble like I had - try the email address first.
I don't know what else to tell you.
