Stuck in safemode boot

I liked how tweaking rebooted into safe mode so easy so I decided to try it on windows 11 for that and now I only boot up in safe mode
Im sure there is some script file or something some where.... but where?

Update I manage to fix this by getting Tweaking  to run and then when I rebooted it was ok.
