Envelope Print
« on: August 11, 2021, 10:42:36 pm »
Is there a way to move the postal bar code further up on the envelope so that it?s directly beneath the addressee?s address rather than down near the bottom of the envelope?  Thanks!

I've passed your query onto Shane.

This is Shane's reply -

That's the location the bar has to be according to the post office so it isn't movable.

I?m not so sure that applies to the USA.  I used envelope printing software with Windows years ago and the bar code was always printed (or at least could be printed) directly beneath the address.  That?s why I was so surprised that this application was printing it so far down on the envelope with no visible way to move it.  However, it?s certainly no deal breaker and I do appreciate your making such high quality software available for free!  There are surprisingly few envelope printing apps available that are as feature laden as yours!

Well Shane lives in the USA so I'm sure he will have checked that out.

I've only used the Envelope Printer once and I don't remember there being a barcode - perhaps it's different for the UK, but glad you like the software that Shane provides for free.

There is an Envelope Printer in MS Works but it isn't as good as Shane's.
