Actually i already tried the command you posted,..it returns the "not a recognized command error",..odd on a system that never really errors,and where dism restore health,and filechecker always comlete with no issues,..although i realize that's not definitive,..
This issue might have to wait for next reinstall,..im not going to repair install yet,mostly because ive run out of storage media and im going to wait till i purchase some more,to do it,..(i have a suspicion,that since this issue persists in a new user account,repair install might not fix it anyway,..
A virus is unlikely,.i have some Cyber security training and im used to monitoring my systems,..nothings showed with Eset online,malwarebytes,SASW,or anything else,during normal scanning..
Since its a small issue,and can live quite happily without ms store apps,i guess ill wait a bit,..see if an update fixes it,and try the repair install when i get more storage,..thanks for your assist though.
