Create Bootable USB flash
« on: June 17, 2021, 08:27:45 pm »
Hi, I'm trying to get the portable version on a USB flash drive. I tried putting it on Hiren's Boot CD ISO (on flash drive). I can boot into Hiren's PE environment, but tweak.com won't run. Can someone guide me on how? Thanks!

While I've never created the portable version, I would assume it would need to be on its own USB.

I think it's probably just as easy to install it on a machine as I have it installed on my three laptops.

I have a Hiren's Boot disk but as it has its own tools, it may not be a compatible medium for the portable repair program.

The program needs to be run from within Windows.

I'll see if I can get another USB at the weekend to create a portable version which now appears to only be available from the majorgeeks website.

Well I've put the portable version onto an USB and I was able to open the program fine after clicking on Windows Repair Application after opening to its files.
