All I can suggest is either a repair install which doesn't affect personal files or installed programs or a Reset where you would need to reinstall any 3rd party programs.
To perform a repair install you would need Win 10 install media which you can create after reading -

When you have created the install media (DVD or USB) open Windows/File Explorer - This PC - insert the media and double click on its drive.
This will start the process when using a DVD but will open to its files when using an USB where you would then double click on setup Application.
To Reset - press and hold SHIFT throughout a Restart - click on Troubleshoot and then on Reset.
You will see the option to retain your personal files.
However, in the Pro version of WR there is an option to remove corrupt Package files under Advanced Repairs (Pro).
