Yes I believe you can run the Insider version on any Win 10.

Open Settings/Update & Security and click on Windows Insider Program to get started.

No, I don't think so as the Permissions could be different and best to just use WR on released versions of Win 10.

MS tend to change them with each update so Shane has to update the repair program to accommodate those.
