Hello guys i'm new here, i need some help with repair tool i got this message and i don't know what to do

These Files Are Possibly Corrupt (Bad Digital Signature): (Total: 7)
C:\Windows\servicing\Packages\Package_2_for_KB3097989~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.1.cat
C:\Windows\servicing\Packages\Package_3_for_KB3097989~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.1.cat
C:\Windows\servicing\Packages\Package_4_for_KB3097989~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.1.cat
C:\Windows\servicing\Packages\Package_1_for_KB3097989~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.1.mum
C:\Windows\servicing\Packages\Package_2_for_KB3097989~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.1.mum
C:\Windows\servicing\Packages\Package_3_for_KB3097989~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.1.mum
C:\Windows\servicing\Packages\Package_4_for_KB3097989~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.1.mum

Combined Problems were found with the packages files, these files need to be replaced (These mainly only effect installing Windows Updates.)
The SFC (System File Checker) doesn't scan and replace some of these files, so you may need to replace them manually.

my main problem is starting windows screen freeze thats why i'm running repair tools sorry for my bad english

Can you go to Installed Updates and type KB3097989 into the Search box, right click on it and select Uninstall.

Run the Pre-Scan again to see if you get the same errors.

Manually check for updates to see if it is offered again for download/install.

That update is for .NET Framework in Win 7 - is that the version of Windows you are using ?

It's a 2015 update so not sure why it is not listed, although it could have been superseded with a later version.

Click Add on the bottom one to see if it will reinstall - https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB3097989

If it does, run the Pre-Scan again to see if you get the same errors.

On my Win 7 Home Premium x64 laptop I have that update listed but it is dated 25/10/2019.

Can you go Start - type appwiz.cpl and press enter when it comes up then check to see which version of Microsoft .NET Framework is listed - mine is for version 4.8 whereas that security update is for 3.5.1

Can you go Start - type disk cleanup - right click on it and select Run as administrator.

This defaults to cleaning up Windows Update which may get rid of any residue for that update.

Run the Pre-Scan again when that has completed to see if it still reports errors.

When you've done that can you go Start - type cmd then right click on cmd and select Run as administrator then copy and paste these commands to the prompt where they will auto run except perhaps for the last one where you will need to press enter.

net stop wuauserv

net stop cryptSvc

net stop bits

net stop msiserver

ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old

ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old

net start wuauserv

net start cryptSvc

net start bits

net start msiserver

Enter exit to close the cmd window and run the Pre-Scan again to see what it reports.

Did you try those commands to see if they resolved ?

You can upgrade to Win 10 for free by hitting the Update now button in https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10

You can also create Win 10 install media from the same site after reading the instructions in that article.

If you opt to use an USB then insert that before you download the MCT and it will auto create it for you.
