Just downloaded tweaking and now unable to open Word or Excel

I just downloaded tweaking and ran the scan and repairs and rebooted. Now I cannot open either Word or Excel. I get this message: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office 16\Apprslv Subsysems32.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again  (the disk is about 4,000 miles away). Error status 0xc0000020.  I tried going back to a restore registry point in May but that did not fix things. What can I do?  Thank you.

This article may help in repairing your Word and Excel, but disregard the Windows repair install option as that doesn't affect personal stuff or installed programs.

Also disregard the clean install option as you would lose everything.

Does the repair program's Registry Backup/Restore Registry do anything for you ?
