Ran Tweaking.com now Windows will not start.

Windows 7 64bit will not start.  All restore points are gone. I have run boot repair but still nothing. Looked for the Windows 7 USB boot repair here also. Any idea's would be great.

If you have access to another machine you can create a Hiren's Boot Disk which I've found helpful when Windows wouldn't boot.

Use the 15.2 download.

If you get it back up, then run a Command Prompt as an administrator and enter sfc /scannow to see if it reports anything amiss.
