Yesterday, I launched Tweaking Windows Repair for Windows 10 upgrade not working or completed. I do that on a 2017 version since my computer was on Safe mode I was not able to upgrade. No Chkdisk error. This morning, after more than 8 hours of running to find and correct Windows errors, my computer tried during the process to reboot and I got the LogonUI.exe error. I tried again and again to reboot and was not successful. The LogonUI.exe error is always flashing.
The problem is that my Windows 10 is an Upgrade from Windows 7 and so, I have not the original CD or DVD and not the activation code. Mesnwhile, I have made a rescue revovery Windows  10 Installation USB key that I can use with F2 but this Rescue will not delete my data but all my software. Nowadays, many are dowloaded and activated from Internet, so I risk to have some problems to reinstall some of them. So, where can I find this file and how can I reboot  my laptop  to simply reinstall the corrupted LogonUI.exe file.
It is an urgency because I can no more use my laptop. I write you from my iPad.
Thanks you in advance.

I'm sorry to hear about your problems but you may be able to recover your older machine by booting with a Hiren's Boot Disk - https://www.techspot.com/downloads/6966-hirens-bootcd.html

Use the 15.2 download.

If that will boot up your Win 10 then open a Command Prompt (Admin) and enter these cmds -

dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

sfc /scannow

exit.

Remove the disk and reboot.

If that works then create a system image and the means to recover from it.

That is best done with Win 10 install media.

You can create either an install DVD or USB after reading the instructions at - https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10

You would boot up with that and navigate to the Install screen where you would then click on Repair your computer where you will see the option to restore from an image.

You should be using the latest version of the repair program for the latest version of Win 1o.

You can also use that Microsoft link to update your Win 10.

Good evening, with my new laptop, with Windows 10 Create Media Tool as you suggested, I was able to create a Windows 10 Rescue USB key that I installed and my Acer Laptop boot and work fine. The process that a long time and since there is no progress bsr, I was afraid that my laptop was agsin stucked but no,  the process finally terminated successfully.
Since I upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7, I was only afraid that my Windows 10 Validation Key will not work on this new Windows 10 USB Key but it work fine.
I have now 2 working laptops!
Again, thank you very much for your help. 🤗🤗🤗
Best Regards.

That's great news but it's a pity you can't take that new laptop back :)
