Service pack 1 for Windows Pro 7
« on: June 08, 2019, 03:22:12 am »
After downloading service pack 1 for WIN 7. I am getting failure to configure service pack 1. I am a licensed user of All in one windows repair software, but this is not fixing my problem. Need help to fix this issue or maybe it can be added to the list of repairs in next update. Appreciate all the help I can get to solve this problem!

In the past people did have trouble installing this SP.

Are you getting an error fail code - if so, can you post it ?

I'm going to have to go shortly but these are two articles which may help in resolving this -

https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/2527001/troubleshoot-issues-installing-windows-7-service-pack-1

https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/15090/windows-7-install-service-pack-1-sp1

However, given how old Win 7 is, you may already have SP1 installed.

To check, go Start - right click on Computer and select Properties.

At the top of the page will list which version of Windows you have and if you have SP1 installed, it will also list SP1.
