Please note,
MY error. in my previous post.
Thanks to family interruptions, I managed to get confused between OS 's working on two different machines and two different OS's.
The OS for the Compaq V6000 was not WIN 10, it was WIN 7, again fully updated and patch

It's a false positive.

I use Norton Security and my Windows Repair program updated just fine.

I think it was last year when Norton actually kicked out my Windows Repair program so I contacted Norton and one of their techs hooked up to my machine and white listed www.tweaking.com

After a few weeks when the Definitions had moved on, I removed it from the white list and everything was fine.

I don't know if Norton had done anything with their Definitions after my complaint, but you should contact Norton and let them know.

I have Norton Security on three machines, two Win 10 and one Win 7 and it was just one of the Win 10 machines that was affected.
