Registry Backup Fix Problems

Registry Backup will not backup using shadow copy and will not revert to fallback. After waiting ten minutes I close it out. Have to set it to fallback manually. WMI does its repair but shadow copy repair does not work. After ten minutes it still says this...

Something is wrong with the volume shadow copy service, the program only does the fallback if VSS fails. But it looks more like VSS is stuck and so the program sits there and waits since it isnt failing.

The fact that the VSS service cant even be stopped shows something is going on.

Have you tried all of these yet?
