If you have created Win 10 install media then you could boot up with that to see if your restore points will work and get you back to before you ran the repair program.
If you haven't created Win 10 install media then you can do so if you have access to another machine after reading the instructions at
https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10You can use either a DVD or USB.
When you've done that, tap F12 as you switch the affected machine on and insert the install media - if using an USB I've found it's best to plug that in before tapping F12 and switching on.
Use the cursor keys to select the media and press enter.
Navigate to the Install screen and click on Repair your computer - Troubleshoot and select System Restore.
