**PROBLEM* Tweaking.com Repairs (8/45) running for 21 hs, stuck on MDAC & MS Jet

Hi there,
I'm running all the repairs on my Windows 10 desktop (sorry if I'm a dill for not running small groups rather  than all of them in one go).
Repairs are now running for 21 hs (8 out of 45 repairs requested) and it's stuck on MDAC & MS Jet. It says to not stop repairing as it could damage system....
I don't know what to do!!! It seems that it will take a week for this to finish..
Any ideas out there ??

You can stop the program, reboot into normal mode then open a Command Prompt (Admin) and enter these cmds -

dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

sfc /scannow

exit

The first two should report as completed successfully and the sfc /scannow should report it has repaired all files or that it cannot find any integrity violations.

You could run the program again to see if it will then run, but those cmds can resolve most Win 10 problems.

What was the reason why you ran the repair program ?

That did the trick.

I used to have the free version of Tweaking.com and once I used it to recover my Windows 10 environment after some sort of infection... I was so impressed that I bought a license... I really like this program..
Lately my PC was running a bit weird (SurfShark VPN install wouldn't start and Vegas Pro was freezing from time to time) so I've decided to (stupid me) do a total repair, hoping to have it running smoothly again....
I'll be more careful now and try to identify what is probably needing repair, rather than running all 45 options..
