Dear Technical support,

Does Windows Repair Pro version 4.31 fully support Windows 10 version 1809 that was released the second time on November 13, 2018? I used Windows Repair Pro version 4.31 to fix Windows 10 version 1809 released on November 13, 2018  and there were some serious problems. For example, the keyboard and mouse do not respond and the computer becomes confused with safe mode and normal mode.

Will there be a new version of Windows Repair Pro that fully supports the new version of Windows 10 version 1809 that was released on November 13, 2018?

There will be eventually, but I'd hold off running the repair program for now, although there haven't been a rash of complaints in running the program on 1809.

The "confusion" with safe and normal modes has been reported and is under investigation

I tried it on my 1809 before restoring back to 1803 and it froze my laptop after the reboot, but the program is giving me a problem on 1803 as well when I've test run it.

I wasn't aware that 1809 had been re-released - I've only had a further update for my 1803.

Why did you need to run the repair program ?
