How do I restore the default "autocheck" in the registry?

How do I restore the default "autocheck" in the registry? 
Caused by my erroneous editing sometime (2010 year)

With not knowing what you have done to screw up your system - have you tried a sfc /scannow ?

If that doesn't resolve and you are using a branded OEM machine then I would suggest backing up your personal stuff and doing a factory reset.

And for all the HKLM\SYSTEM\ControlSet00x\Control\Session Manager entries?

Boggin - LOL. I have not ruined my computer  , it's a harmless edition of CHKDSK, so relax. All have to do is set the correct, default settings in the registry. SFC /SCANNOW obviously does not restore the default registry settings associated with CHKDSK.
SFC /SCANNOW only scans system files and windows update.

I do not know, but here I have not changed anything, there is a huge number of suboptions/subentry.

You said you had done "erroneous editing" - perhaps you should remember to create a restore point before you go playing about with the registry.

Boggin - I have a MANY backup copy of the registry, but are too obsolete to enter into the system. So it's gone. But all you have to do is give me registry entries related to what I gave you earlier.

It looks from your first post that you were looking for the wrong file - why do you say yours is missing ?

CurrentControlSet = the Boot type you're currently running under, the other sets relate to alternate Boot types, Safe Mode, Safe Mode with networking, etc. is my understanding.

Does "autocheck autochk *" appear for all of the alternate HKLM\SYSTEM\ControlSet00x\Control\Session Manager entries for BootExecute?

You need to use NirSoft's RegScanner and ensure that you're doing a full Registry search (not just the part that's currently loaded): https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/regscanner.html

This application only deletes entries, nothing more, it is not needed, unless some entries can not be removed in a standard way.
Think about it...
